Tether's Record Freeze Targets $43M Xinbi Guarantee Platform
On September 8, Tether launched its largest on-chain freeze operation in recent times, targeting a Telegram cryptocurrency guarantee platform. The Beosin team analyzed the frozen addresses and found that 19 of them belonged to Xinbi Guarantee, with a total frozen amount of approximately $43.437 million. The on-chain activity data of Xinbi Guarantee pledge addresses shows a surge in business volume from January 8 to 16, 2026.
The freeze operation targeted main addresses associated with Xinbi Guarantee and its merchants, including the address with the largest frozen amount, TWPma8xH48AEN93x2krdukV9e1j6sPsBeS, which had approximately $10.78 million frozen. This address received a total of nearly $143 million in funds and transferred $132 million.
