The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand has taken a significant step forward in regulating Bitcoin ETFs. The regulatory body has advanced its rules for spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, paving the way for institutional investment channels in Asia.

This development is crucial for the growth of the cryptocurrency market in the region. BTC currently trades within its Bollinger band with the EMA50 acting as support at $74440.57 and the EMA200 marking a deeper trend floor at $68020.92. However, a warning sign appears on the horizon in the form of the MACD death cross at 1480.31, which suggests near-term momentum loss.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently neutral at 60.81, indicating that BTC may test its upper-band resistance at $80505.03 before any potential extension higher driven by ETF-driven flows.
