Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission has started drafting rules to allow spot Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to list on the country's stock market.

The public consultation, which began August 25, aims to establish a regulatory framework for listing spot ETFs that track the prices of BTC and ETH on Thailand's stock exchange. The Thai SEC will accept comments from market participants and the public through September 20.
