ThunderCore's Price Surges 140% After Passing Security Audit

Share

ThunderCore's price jumped by 140% after passing the CertiK security audit. The news comes as the crypto market continues to be a target for hackers, with blockchain security firm CertiK warning that physical or brute-force attacks against cryptocurrency investors have reached 52 incidents in the first half of this year.

CertiK's warning highlights the ongoing threat posed by hackers to the crypto ecosystem. Despite a 47% drop in crypto hacks in the first half of this year compared to the same period last year, the number of incidents doubled from 83 to 207. This has led CertiK to caution that the ecosystem remains 'deeply unsafe'.

ThunderCore's focus on security is timely given these concerns. The company has begun preparing for potential quantum-computing threats through a four-phase roadmap covering research, infrastructure, migration, and a possible full transition.
