Thunes Expands Web3 Infrastructure with EURC Stablecoin Integration
Thunes, a company that facilitates cross-border payments, has expanded its Web3 infrastructure by integrating the EURC stablecoin. This move enables businesses to use EURC as a liquidity currency for prefunding transactions and managing treasury flows with greater speed and flexibility.
The integration of EURC is part of Thunes' collaboration with Circle, which introduced USDC-powered liquidity to Thunes' Direct Global Network in October 2024. With the addition of EURC, eligible members can use it as a liquid currency for transactions across major blockchains, including Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Base (BASE), and Stellar (XLM).
This development is significant for businesses that manage cross-border payment flows, as it allows them to fund high-value euro transactions instantly, 24/7, without being constrained by traditional banking hours.
