Tokenized Equities Market Surges to New Heights

The market for tokenized equities has seen significant growth over the past month. According to data from RWA.xyz, the total number of holders in this space has doubled to 1.31 million, while monthly transfer volume surged by 179% to $23.13 billion.

This rapid expansion is led by several key platforms, including Ondo, xStocks, and bStocks. These platforms account for a substantial portion of the distributed value in the market, with Ondo holding approximately $872 million, followed closely by Kraken's xStocks at $557.8 million and Binance's bStocks at $521.8 million.

The growth in tokenized stocks is part of a broader trend in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. Standard Chartered has forecasted that the total market for tokenized real-world assets could reach $4 trillion by the end of 2028.
