Tokenized Stock Market Surges to $4 Billion as Trading Outpaces Issuance
The tokenized stock market has seen significant growth in 2026, with the active market capitalization surging by 314% to reach $4 billion by September 9. This expansion is driven by increased trading activity and distribution of these tokenized stocks, rather than new issuances.

Market turnover has also seen a sharp rise, moving from 0.23x average active market cap in January to 2.14x in August.
