Tom Lee Sees Ethereum Outpacing Bitcoin for Years

Tom Lee, chairman of Bitmine and prominent market strategist, believes Ethereum will outperform Bitcoin over the next several years. According to Lee, Ethereum is entering a new phase of growth driven by long-term catalysts that could be stronger than previous cycles.

The key element of Lee's thesis centers on the ETH/BTC ratio, which measures Ethereum's performance relative to Bitcoin. He expects this ratio to make a sizable move higher, indicating Ethereum may outperform Bitcoin if his outlook materializes.

Lee pointed to the ratio climbing to 0.02994 as an encouraging development, noting that the market is beginning to recognize Ethereum's expanding utility in tokenization and agent-based artificial intelligence applications.
