Top Crypto Trading Platforms Leverage Up to 125x
High-leverage crypto trading has become increasingly popular among experienced derivatives traders. This type of trading allows investors to control positions far larger than their initial capital, but it also comes with extreme risk.
A single percentage point move against a highly leveraged position can be enough to trigger liquidation. To mitigate this risk, traders rely on leverage limits, margin systems, funding costs, and platform liquidity when choosing a high-leverage trading platform.
According to a recent report, five platforms stand out in 2026 for their high leverage offerings: Binance, Bitget, Bybit, OKX, and Kraken Pro. Binance remains one of the largest crypto derivatives platforms, offering up to 125x leverage on selected futures contracts.
Bitget offers some of the highest conventional futures leverage among major exchanges, with its BTCUSD Coin-M perpetual contract supporting up to 125x leverage. Bybit's Unified Trading Account supports isolated, cross, and portfolio margin, while OKX offers up to 100x leverage on selected crypto- and USDT-margined perpetual futures.
Kraken Pro offers BTC perpetual futures with leverage reaching 100x on selected markets. The report notes that maximum leverage should not be the deciding factor when choosing a platform, as even a small adverse price movement can rapidly wipe out margin at high levels of leverage.
