Triple-A Hacked: Estimated $9.7 Million in Crypto Stolen
Crypto payment infrastructure provider Triple-A has been hacked, with security firm PeckShield estimating that approximately $9.7 million in cryptocurrency was stolen from its wallets.
The attack affected wallets on multiple blockchain networks, including TRON, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum.
The hackers moved the stolen funds to Ethereum, where a single address starting with 0x01F8 now holds 5,227 ETH.
This incident highlights persistent security vulnerabilities facing crypto payment infrastructure providers and underscores the importance of robust security measures for companies handling digital assets.
