Triple-A Hot Wallets Lose $9.7M in Suspected Blockchain Exploit
Triple-A's hot wallets suffered a suspected exploit, losing more than $9.7 million across several blockchains. On-chain analyst Specter initially identified suspicious transactions involving Triple-A's hot wallets on multiple chains, including TRON, Ethereum, TON, and Solana.
The funds were transferred to Ethereum, where they were consolidated into a single address holding about 5,226.66 ETH, worth approximately $9.7 million at the time of the alert.
Triple-A has not publicly confirmed the exploit or disclosed how its wallets were accessed. The company operates as a licensed financial institution in the US, Europe, and Singapore, providing infrastructure for stablecoin payment infrastructure.
