A licensed crypto payment gateway has suffered a coordinated attack on its hot wallets, resulting in the theft of over $9.7 million across four separate blockchains.

The attackers targeted Triple-A's hot wallets simultaneously on Ethereum, Solana, TRON, and TON, taking advantage of their permanent internet connection to facilitate real-time transactions.

The fact that the attack spanned multiple chains points to a high level of preparation and makes fund tracing and asset freezing procedures more complicated.

Triple-A holds a payment license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and processes transactions for thousands of merchants worldwide, making it an attractive target for hackers.
