TRON DAO Joins Stanford Blockchain Summit as Premier Support Sponsor
TRON DAO recently participated in the Blockchain Application Stanford Summit (BASS) at Stanford University as a Premier Support Sponsor. The summit was part of the Science of Blockchain Conference (SBC) 2026 and attracted 600 attendees, including researchers, builders, and industry leaders.
The event focused on exploring the latest advances in blockchain applications, AI, and infrastructure. TRON DAO's participation included a panel titled 'Global Retail Adoption', moderated by Jay Yu from Pantera Capital. The session featured Sam Elfarra, Community Spokesperson at TRON DAO, alongside Caio Sousa, Engineering Manager for Digital Assets at Nubank.
The panelists discussed how blockchain infrastructure is moving beyond early adopters to support real-world, everyday use at scale. They highlighted the need for platforms to bring blockchain-based financial tools to mainstream consumers. Elfarra emphasized that 'retail adoption isn't just about getting people to hold digital assets; it's about making blockchain useful in the transactions they make every day.'
TRON DAO also hosted a dedicated booth, providing attendees with an opportunity to engage directly with the TRON community and learn about the latest developments across the ecosystem.
