Former US President Donald Trump has announced that his administration is considering purchasing a substantial amount of Bitcoin, aligning with existing policy.
The move follows the establishment of a U.S. digital asset stockpile, initially funded by Bitcoin forfeited to the Treasury.
According to the statement, the U.S. currently holds around 328,000 BTC, making it the largest sovereign Bitcoin holder.
