Trump-Backed Crypto Firm Offers Access to Restricted Chinese AI Models

Share

A U.S. cryptocurrency company backed by President Donald Trump has partnered with a Hong Kong-based venture to offer access to Chinese AI models restricted in the United States.

The collaboration between WorldClaw and World Liberty Financial allows users to access over 90 AI models, including those developed by Alibaba, Baidu, and Z.ai, which have been designated as security risks by the U.S. Department of Defense.

The Trump family owns a 38% stake in World Liberty Financial and earns revenue from the use of its crypto tokens, which are used to pay for AI services on WorldClaw's platform.
