$TRUMP Holders Underwater as Hunter Biden Launches Memecoin Target
Hunter Biden, son of former U.S. President Joe Biden, is launching a memecoin called 'LAPTOP' on Base on September 9, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.
The token has a total supply of 1 billion units, with founders including Hunter Biden allocated 30%. The tokens will be unsellable for six months and vest over two years, 20% will be airdropped in two rounds: to wallets underwater on the $TRUMP memecoin, to Biden's Substack subscribers, and to a mailing list run by his friend Andrew Callaghan.
The remaining 30% will be burned based on specific criteria, such as if the Democrats win the election in 2028, a new Bitcoin all-time high is set, or if LAPTOP's market cap overtakes $TRUMP.
