Trump-Linked Crypto Ventures Leave Investors $4.7 Billion in Debt
A nonprofit consumer advocacy organization has reported that US President Donald Trump's digital asset ventures and those involving his family have collectively resulted in at least $4.7 billion in investor losses since 2022.
The majority of these losses came from the Official Trump (TRUMP) memecoin, which accounted for $3.2 billion.
The report also identified other projects tied to the Trump family, including World Liberty Financial's governance token and NFT trading cards, both launched in 2022, though holders of World Liberty Financial's USD1 stablecoin reportedly have not experienced significant losses.
