Phillip Juhan, CFO of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ: DJT), sold nearly 19,000 shares on August 13, 2026, as part of an automated sell-to-cover event to satisfy tax obligations.

The sale was executed in multiple transactions with prices ranging from $8.16 to $8.49 per share, resulting in a weighted average price of $8.33 per share.

Despite the disposal, Juhan still holds 581,749 shares directly and restricted stock units subject to future vesting schedules.

The sale comes as Trump Media has shifted its focus back towards core media operations after pulling out of two deals with Crypto.com, which had aimed to establish a company built around a multibillion-dollar Cronos treasury.
