Trump Media Suffers $238M Q2 Loss Due to Crypto Holdings Decline
Trump Media & Technology Group reported a $238.1 million net loss in the second quarter, largely due to declines in the value of its cryptocurrency holdings.
The company's combined digital-asset holdings had a fair value of $597.7 million as of June 30, down from $904.4 million at the end of 2025.
Trump Media held 9,477.16 BTC worth $557.1 million at the end of June, which is 65 fewer than the 9,542.16 BTC it held at the end of 2025.
The company's cryptocurrency exposure has made its reported earnings more sensitive to changes in token prices and accounting treatment of assets used as collateral.
