Trump Media & Technology Group Corp., parent company of Truth Social, has announced the termination of its CRO digital asset treasury and ETF partnership with Crypto.com and Yorkville Acquisition Corp.
The news was revealed in a joint press release by the three parties on August 7, 2026, as part of Trump Media's Form 8-K filing with the SEC. The agreement aimed to create a token-based treasury arrangement and an exchange-traded fund (ETF) structure that leveraged CRO or related assets.
The partnership involved Crypto.com's CRO token, Yorkville's SPAC structure, and Trump Media's role in integrating its brand or distribution platforms into marketing, investor outreach, or product distribution for the ETF. However, the parties have mutually agreed to terminate the agreement.
