Trump Media's $165M Bitcoin Stash Nears Loan Collateral After Crypto.com Move

Trump Media has moved 2,628 BTC worth approximately $165 million to Crypto.com in two August transactions. The transfer brings Trump Media's Bitcoin holdings close to the 4,260.73 BTC listed as collateral for its convertible notes.

The remaining balance of about 4,261 BTC is worth roughly $268 million at current prices. However, company representatives claim that no sale occurred and the transfer was merely a custody movement.

Trump Media purchased 11,542 BTC in the past for an average price of around $118,522 per coin, which is near the upper range of the previous market cycle.
