Trump's CFTC Push Sends Hypeliquid Token Soaring Past $70
Hypeliquid's native token HYPE saw a significant surge in price after US President Donald Trump announced that the CFTC is working to bring Hyperliquid into the US in a compliant and legal fashion.
The news caused a major boost for HYPE, which rose by nearly 10% from bottom to top, reaching $71. It came close to its June 2026 all-time high of $76 before being stopped and pushed back to just under $70.
The rally was also fueled by the broader market's resurgence, with Bitcoin hitting over $69,000 for the first time since June, Ethereum rising to $2,100, and XRP surpassing $1.05.
