Trump's Red Face and Heavy Breathing Spark Health Concerns at Crypto Summit
Donald Trump's appearance at the White House crypto summit on Wednesday has sparked renewed concerns about his health. The 80-year-old president was seen standing at a podium, addressing executives and tech leaders from the digital currency industry. However, it was not his words that captured attention, but rather his noticeably red complexion and heavy breathing.
The incident is the latest in a series of episodes where Trump's physical appearance has raised eyebrows on social media. In July 2025, then-press secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that Trump had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a condition affecting leg veins. The White House attributed his bruising to frequent handshaking and aspirin.
Trump also suffers from rosacea, a chronic skin condition causing facial redness and visible vessels. A former physician has confirmed that he takes medication for it.
