Trust Wallet Drops Support for 25 Blockchain Networks
Trust Wallet is set to remove built-in support for 25 blockchain networks from its app on September 15, 2026. This change affects users who hold balances on these chains, but does not impact ownership or control over their assets. The affected chains will no longer be visible in the app's network list, making it impossible to view balances, send, or swap coins through the built-in swap function.
However, users can still access their balances by manually entering the custom network details, including the RPC endpoint, chain ID, currency symbol, and block explorer. This process is called a 'custom network' and requires technical knowledge to set up correctly.
The affected networks include Agoric, Aurora, Boba, BounceBit, Conflux, Decred, FIO, Firo, Flux (formerly Zelcash), GoChain, IoTeX, KuCoin Community Chain, Manta, Merlin Chain, Meter, Moonbeam, Moonriver, MultiversX, Nano, Neon, Nimiq, Polygon zkEVM, Stride, Viction, and Wanchain. Three additional chains, Evmos, Nebulas, and Stargaze, have already been shut down by their own ecosystems.
