Truth Social America First ETF Rebranded Following Acquisition by Yorkville America Equities
The Truth Social America First ETF has been reorganized and renamed following its acquisition by Yorkville America Equities. The fund, which was launched in 2017 as the Point Bridge America First ETF, is now part of the Truth Social Funds family.
According to the terms of the deal, Point Bridge Capital will continue as sub-adviser, with Hal Lambert remaining as portfolio manager. The fund's investment process remains unchanged, using a rules-based screen to identify U.S.-listed companies whose employees and political action committees have historically directed campaign contributions primarily toward Republican candidates.
The acquisition expands Truth Social Funds' suite of ETFs to seven, including the MAGA fund alongside the existing five index-tracking funds and the Truth Social God Bless America ETF (YALL). Steve Neamtz, President of Yorkville America Equities, framed the deal as a shared philosophy rather than purely financial strategy.
The reorganized fund now trades on NYSE Arca under the ticker MAGA, with an expense ratio of 0.72%. Lambert echoed that framing, stating 'Yorkville America has built the most comprehensive America First investment platform in the market.'
