TRXS Lists: Tron's Regulated Route into US Brokerage Investors
Justin Sun's TRX ETF has listed on Cboe's BZX exchange under the ticker TRXS. This marks a significant development for Tron's token, allowing U.S. brokerage investors to hold it through a regulated route.
The listing was announced by Sun on X, and it follows months of preparation. The Canary Staked TRX ETF had been filed for in April 2025, with the SEC acknowledging the related Cboe BZX listing-rule filing in May 2025.
TRXS is a commodity-based exchange-traded product that tracks the price of the TRX it holds and aims to earn extra TRX through staking. The sponsor plans to stake at least 90% of the trust's TRX, with staking fees capped at 20% of the rewards.
Investors pay an annual sponsor fee of 1.10% of their TRX holdings, which is calculated daily and paid monthly in either TRX or cash. The ETF has also agreed to cover everyday operating costs up to $200,000 per year.
