Tudor Investment Boosts BlackRock Bitcoin ETF Holdings Amid Call-Equivalent Cut
Paul Tudor Jones' investment firm, Tudor Investment, added 109,446 shares of BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF by June 30. This move was part of a larger shift in their holdings, where they reported an 18.9% increase in direct shares but a significant drop in call-equivalent quantities.
The firm listed 688,529 direct IBIT shares in its latest SEC holdings table, up from 579,083 in the first quarter. However, their call equivalents fell by 85.2%, from 998,000 to 148,000.
The put-equivalent quantity barely moved, edging down to 715,000 from 725,000. The filing valued the direct shares at $22.9 million, the call line at $4.93 million, and the put line at $23.8 million.
