TurboGen Lists on Nasdaq with Steep Decline in Share Price
TurboGen, an Israeli company developing microturbines for energy generation and heat production, has listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker TRBG. The direct listing occurred on August 31, 2026, allowing existing shareholders to sell their stakes without issuing new shares.
The move follows a steep decline in share price from NIS 23.01 (approximately $7.45) on March 10, 2026, to around $4.42 as of August 20, 2026, a drop of roughly 42% in about five months.
TurboGen's flagship product is the TG-40 microturbine, designed for combined heat and power applications, producing up to 40 kW of electricity and 60 kW of heat simultaneously. The company has not generated revenue and reported a net loss of approximately $9.23 million over the past 12 months.
