The company's focus on Bitcoin per share as its core performance metric sets it apart from traditional corporate treasury strategies. Despite a change in leadership with the departure of founder and original CEO Jack Mallers, Twenty One Capital's strategy remains unchanged, with no visible shift in its treasury holdings since July 20, 2026.
