tZERO Secures Funding to Expand Tokenized Assets Infrastructure

Share

tZERO, a leader in blockchain-based financial infrastructure, has closed a new funding round led by Marc and Max Cohodes. The round also included participation from Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), Bill Fleckenstein, the firm Dinari, Inc., and other investors.

The funding will support tZERO's long-term capital plan as it advances toward a strategic transaction to achieve financial independence.

tZERO plans to expand its infrastructure for tokenized assets into new areas, including tokenized derivatives, prediction markets, and crypto infrastructure under CFTC licenses.

According to Alan Konevsky, CEO of tZERO, the funding will support the company's operations as it works to commercialize and expand its infrastructure for tokenized financial markets.
