U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs Post Third Straight Week of Net Inflows
U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs have seen their third consecutive week of net inflows, totaling $986.9 million last week, according to data from The Block and SoSoValue.
This surge in institutional demand is a welcome sign for the crypto market, which has been recovering from its earlier downturn. BlackRock's IBIT led the pack with $691.5 million in net inflows for the week ended Sept. 4.
The trading volume across spot bitcoin funds decreased to $14.5 billion last week, down from nearly $19 billion in the previous week. Spot ether ETFs also saw positive flows, attracting $218.4 million in net inflows and declining trading volumes of $4.1 billion.
