UAE-Licensed AGCX to Launch on September 10 with Zero Fees on Crypto Transfers
A new digital asset exchange is set to launch in the UAE on September 10, 2026. Arab Global Crypto Exchange (AGCX) has obtained a license from the Capital Markets Authority and will allow users to trade major digital assets with zero platform fees on crypto transfers.
Founder Satish Gogia said that his goal is to simplify access to digital assets for UAE residents by allowing direct AED bank transfers, reducing the need to use offshore exchanges. AGCX has also received support from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Khalifa Sultan Shakhbout Al Nahyan, a member of the Abu Dhabi Royal Family.
The exchange will offer spot, futures, and options trading across major digital asset pairs, as well as staking for supported crypto assets and launchpad access for selected new token listings. AGCX has designed its operations to meet applicable UAE anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements.
Gogia emphasized the importance of building trust through transparency in platform operations, rather than relying on marketing claims. He noted that AGCX is starting with fundamental features such as AED access, transparent custody, strong compliance, and a simple fee structure.
