$UMIA Token Sale Kicks Off on Umia Governance Platform
Umia, a decentralized project launch and governance platform, has announced the start of its token sale for $UMIA. This marks the first time that a token has been issued through their system. The early bird window is now live, with the public round set to take place from August 29th to September 2nd on Base via umia.finance. Bidding will be priced in USDC ($1.00 · Live) and supported by Privy Bank Card deposits. After the auction ends, trading will begin on Uniswap v4 with protocol-owned liquidity.
The total supply of $UMIA is 50 million tokens, with 40 million allocated at launch. The remaining 10 million are reserved as performance incentives. Of the 40 million distributed tokens, 61% will be unlocked immediately, covering 17.3 million tokens sold through the auction (with no lockup) and protocol holdings; supporter, service provider, and team shares will vest over 36 months after a 12-month cliff.
