Undervalued Bitcoin Awaits Next Bull Cycle
Bitcoin's price surged to $64,000 on Tuesday, marking its third time hitting this level in recent days. However, despite the impressive gain, one analyst believes that the cryptocurrency is still significantly undervalued.
CryptoQuant's Crypto Dan noted that bitcoin has reached a position similar to its historical bottoms of the past, suggesting that it may be poised for further growth. The analyst pointed out that market participants seem uninterested in the crypto market, as evidenced by low trading volumes and dwindling searches on social media.
While there is no guarantee that bitcoin won't decline further, Crypto Dan's indicator suggests that the current price range represents an undervalued zone. This could bode well for the next bull cycle, which is expected to begin around 2027.
