Unicoin Sues Uniswap Labs Over Trademark Dispute

Unicoin has filed a lawsuit against Uniswap Labs in New York due to a trademark dispute. The company claims that the UNICOCIN mark is being infringed upon by Uniswap's use of the UNI and UNISWAP marks.

The lawsuit also encompasses the use of unicoin.com and unicoin.org domain names, which coincides with the pre-launch period of $UNCN. Uniswap protocol has reached an all-time high in trading volume, exceeding 3.9 billion dollars over the past 24 hours.

Uniswap Labs maintains that they have not infringed upon the UNICOCIN mark and will defend themselves against the allegations.
