Unicoin Sues Uniswap Labs Over Trademark Dispute

Crypto project Unicoin has filed a trademark lawsuit against Uniswap Labs, the developer of decentralized exchange Uniswap.

Unicoin claims that its 'UNICOIN' mark does not infringe on Uniswap's trademarks, including UNI, UNISWAP, and UNICHAIN.

The complaint also seeks to cancel the US registration for the UNI trademark.

According to the source, lawyers for Uniswap sent Unicoin three cease-and-desist letters between June and August, alleging trademark infringement, trademark dilution, and unfair competition.
