Uniswap Smashes $70 Billion in 30-Day Trades, Dominating Decentralized Exchange Landscape
Uniswap continues to dominate decentralized exchange (DEX) activity, processing $70.6 billion in trades over the past 30 days. This figure far surpasses its rivals, with PancakeSwap, BisonFi, and Meteora combined posting a total of $44.6 billion.
The increase in volume comes despite overall market stability, with fluctuations seen in major assets like Bitcoin. Uniswap's $70.6 billion monthly average represents a 38% rise over its January to July average of $51.1 billion.
The largest contributor to Uniswap's volume was the Robinhood Chain, accounting for approximately $26 billion, followed closely by Ethereum with around $23 billion. Other networks such as Base, BSC, and Arbitrum also contributed significantly.
Uniswap's cumulative DEX volume since its 2018 launch stands at close to $3.7 trillion, with total fees collected reaching $5.1 billion in early August.
