Unitree Robotics is a Chinese robotics company that specializes in building legged robots. Founded by Wang Xingxing in Hangzhou in 2016, the company has seen significant growth and expansion since its inception. Unitree's products include quadrupeds and humanoids, with the latter being the main driver of revenue growth.
The company is set to go public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market under the code 688836, offering 40,446,434 new shares targeting RMB 4.202 billion. The founder, Wang Xingxing, controls 68.78% of voting power through a weighted-voting-rights structure.
