Upbit Adds Cap to Trading Platform Across KRW, BTC, and USDT Markets
South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit, has added Cap (CAP) to its trading platform across KRW, BTC, and USDT markets. This move expands CAP's availability in South Korea, allowing users to access it through fiat, Bitcoin, or Tether trading pairs on one platform.
The listing follows Bithumb's earlier announcement of support for CAP/KRW launch on June 30. At the time of Upbit's announcement, CAP traded near $0.027, with a market capitalization of about $42.5 million.
Upbit has introduced temporary trading controls for the new listing, restricting buy orders for five minutes after trading opened and blocking sell orders below 10% of the previous day's closing price during the same period.
