Upbit Delists JasmyCoin Amidst Concerns Over Token Shortcomings
South Korea's leading cryptocurrency exchange Upbit has delisted several tokens, including JasmyCoin (JASMY), Storj (STORJ), and ThunderCore (TT). This decision was made due to various shortcomings in these tokens' business fundamentals, sustainability, and disclosures. As a result, users will no longer be able to buy or sell these tokens on the exchange.
The delisting comes as JASMY's technical structure continues to deteriorate, with its price falling from highs of $0.0078 since May. The token currently trades at $0.0039, with immediate resistance lying at the 50-day EMA around $0.0043 and the 100-day EMA clustered near $0.0045.
Upbit users can withdraw their affected assets until October 14. This decision has sent JASMY under pressure, with its price constrained between support at $0.0035 and resistance at $0.0040. The bears appear to have the upper hand as bulls fight to defend key support levels.
