Upbit Ends Support for Ravencoin Citing Security Concerns

South Korean exchange Upbit has announced it will stop supporting Ravencoin (RVN) trading, citing security concerns. The decision affects three trading pairs: RVN/KRW, RVN/BTC, and RVN/USDT.

The move comes after a review concluded that unexplained hacks in the wallet or distributed ledger technology pose a risk to user losses.

Upbit had placed Ravencoin under a warning on August 11, but following its assessment, the exchange decided to end trading support as of October 12, 2026.

All buy and sell orders for the affected pairs will be canceled. Users can withdraw RVN until November 11, 2026, after which withdrawal services will resume in a separate announcement.
