Upbit Expands KRW Market with New Morpho and Euler Listings
Upbit has expanded its KRW market by adding Morpho (MORPHO) and Euler (EUL), enabling users to trade in Korean won directly without needing to convert via other cryptocurrencies.
This move is expected to increase trading convenience for users, particularly those focused on fiat currency. As both tokens are linked to decentralized finance (DeFi) lending and on-chain credit markets, the introduction of direct KRW trading pairs may attract more Korean traders and boost market liquidity.
The addition also lowers the entry barrier for fiat-focused traders by eliminating the need to first acquire Bitcoin or stablecoins. However, new listings often bring initial trading volatility, so changes in market demand will be closely monitored.
