Upbit Listing Sends HOME Token Soaring
South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit, has announced it will list Defi App's HOME token for trading against the Korean won (KRW) and Tether (USDT), causing a significant surge in its value. The HOME token, which is used as a governance and utility token on the Defi App platform, rose by 29.2% to $0.008458 after the announcement.
Defi App is a cross-chain decentralized finance platform that supports Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Solana ecosystems, offering services such as token trading, lending, and yield management. The listing on Upbit is seen as a major boost for the platform and its native token.
Separately, South Korea's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange, Bithumb, also announced KRW market listings for META2 and USDG. However, it's worth noting that this news does not appear to have had a significant impact on the price of HOME token.
