Upexi Files $1 Billion Shelf Registration Amid Volatile Solana Market
Nasdaq-listed Upexi has filed a $1 billion shelf registration with the SEC, giving the company flexibility to raise capital over the next three years.
The filing allows Upexi to issue various securities, including common stock, preferred shares, debt instruments, and warrants, which would fund general corporate purposes such as working capital, research and development, acquisitions, and debt repayment.
Notably, additional Solana purchases remain part of the company's stated strategy. Upexi currently holds approximately 2.1 million SOL tokens, valued at around $262 million at current prices, making it the fourth-largest Solana treasury among publicly listed companies.
