Uniswap founder Hayden Adams has expressed concerns that regulatory pressure in the United States is driving cryptocurrency founders to build their businesses overseas.

In a meeting with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Adams warned that regulatory uncertainty is pushing entrepreneurs to establish operations in other jurisdictions where they can experiment and develop products more quickly.
