US Investors Reenter Crypto Market with Stablecoin Inflows

CryptoQuant data indicates that US investors are moving stablecoins back to crypto exchanges after more than two months of net outflows. This shift in stablecoin flows may signal a return of US capital to the market, which analysts believe could be a positive sign for investor sentiment.

According to CryptoQuant, net USDC inflows turned positive again after shifting to net outflows on May 11. Analysts attribute this change to funds from US investors moving onto trading venues, indicating an increase in buying power that could support an upward price trend in Bitcoin and other crypto assets.

The number of ERC-20 stablecoin deposits on Binance stands at around 12,000, a level below the notable spikes seen in July. While this suggests users are still moving stablecoins to exchanges, it is too early to talk about a new wave of mass liquidity inflows.
