US Trading Volume Surges Amid Bitcoin Exchange Reserve Decline
According to CoinGlass data, Bitcoin exchange reserves have seen a decline in recent days. As of Sunday, July 26 at 4:30 a.m. ET (8:30 a.m. UTC), total BTC reserves across major exchanges stood at approximately 2,481,594 BTC.
The past 24 hours saw a net outflow of around 4,637 BTC from these exchanges, with the seven-day tally also remaining negative at roughly 4,624 BTC in net outflows. The 30-day figure showed a smaller but still net decline of about 598 BTC.
Among individual venues, Coinbase Pro held the largest reported balance at approximately 850,356 BTC. It posted a daily net outflow of around 231.62 BTC and a weekly net outflow of about 2,024.74 BTC.
Binance followed with roughly 647,167 BTC in reserves, alongside daily net outflows of about 127.01 BTC and weekly net outflows of around 2,426.67 BTC. Bitfinex ranked third by reserves at roughly 416,734 BTC, which saw a small daily net inflow of about 8.88 BTC but still registered a weekly net outflow of roughly 183.68 BTC.
On a 24-hour basis, the largest net inflows were reported at Kraken (about 91 BTC), bitFlyer (about 16 BTC), and Bithumb (about 14 BTC). The biggest daily net outflows were concentrated at OKX (around -4,120 BTC).
