USDC and WETH Arrive on Neo X via Chainlink's Cross-Chain Bridge
The Neo X network has welcomed two new tokens through Chainlink's CCIP-powered Transporter bridge, enabling cross-chain transfer functionality. USDC and WETH are now available for trading on Neo X, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of the platform.
The integration with Chainlink's CCIP technology allows for seamless token transfer between chains, opening pathways for DeFi, trading, and application development across the ecosystem. The Transporter bridge supports over 20 chains, including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, and Avalanche.
The activation of USDC and WETH on Neo X follows a series of institutional infrastructure additions to the network in 2026. This includes LayerZero for omni-chain connectivity, CCIP messaging, BitGo custody, and now live token transfers.
