USDC Exchange Inflows Reverse Two-Month Downtrend Amid Stablecoin Competition
The US dollar-pegged stablecoin USDC has seen its exchange inflows turn positive after two months of outflows, according to CryptoQuant data.
This change may indicate improving liquidity conditions and buying power in the crypto market. Historically, when funds flow into exchanges, it has led to an increase in buying power and upward price movement for assets like USDC.
The stablecoin's market capitalization remains at $72.2 billion, but its transfer volume over the past 30 days dropped 22.4%, while trading volume fell 34.1%.
