USDT Supply Shrinks $4B Amid Selling Exhaustion
The supply of USDT (Tether), one of the most widely used stablecoins in crypto, has shrunk by approximately $4 billion. This contraction may indicate that traders are redeeming their stablecoins for fiat currency or moving capital into other digital-dollar products.
A reduction in stablecoin liquidity can make it more difficult for investors to quickly purchase cryptocurrencies when market confidence returns. The effect is particularly significant because USDT remains one of the most widely used assets across exchanges, payments, lending, and cross-border settlement.
CryptoQuant, a leading analytics firm, suggests that selling pressure may be nearing exhaustion, which could create an opportunity for buyers to enter the market. AlphaPepe, a new project, is positioning itself as a potential beneficiary of this trend, with its presale currently at Stage 20 at $0.02602.
AlphaPepe's early positioning case becomes stronger when product progress and broader selling exhaustion begin aligning. The project has already attracted over 10,000 holders and raised more than $2.31 million, with a confirmed launch range between $0.08 and $0.14, implying approximately 3.07x to 5.38x growth from the current entry price.
